These Terms and Conditions are governed by MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School, a digital education and spiritual development platform offering online courses, community membership, and coaching programs focused on liberation, intuitive practice, and personal transformation. By providing your contact information and using our website or enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to receive communications from Bruja School via email and SMS, including transactional messages regarding your enrollment, account updates, and appointment reminders for scheduled calls — including sales consultations and coaching sessions — as well as marketing messages such as promotional offers, new program announcements, and upcoming events.
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in or participating in any Bruja School offering. These Terms include the provisions in this document as well as those in the Privacy Policy and Spiritual Services Disclaimer. By accessing this website or purchasing any Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our services.
These Terms apply to all offerings provided by Bruja School, including but not limited to:
• Liberation Magic
• Essentials of Spiritual Wellness
• Tarot Readings
• Individual Coaching
• Workshops, circles, rituals, masterclasses, and downloadable content
• Any current or future programs or services

1. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
MASU Consulting LLC (DBA Bruja School) offerings are available only to individuals 18 years or older.
Programs may include discussions of adult themes and are not intended for minors.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Bruja School provides spiritual education, mentorship, and personal development programs.
Our services:
• Are educational in nature
• Do not constitute therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice
• Do not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or fiduciary relationship
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
If you require medical or mental health support, please seek a licensed professional.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
All fees are clearly stated at checkout.
By enrolling, you agree to pay in full either:
• As a one-time payment; or
• Through an authorized payment plan
If you select a payment plan:
• You authorize automatic recurring charges.
• You remain responsible for the full tuition amount.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access.
• Bruja School reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances.
Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. MASU CONSULTING LLC DBA Bruja School does not store full credit card numbers.
4. REFUND POLICY & LIBERATION MAGIC GUARANTEE
General Policy
All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise.
Because of the time, energetic investment, and immediate access to materials, tuition is non-refundable except under the Liberation Magic guarantee described below:
Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or incomplete participation do not relieve you of payment obligations.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Notwithstanding the general no-refund policy described above, Liberation Magic includes a limited 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
You may request a full refund of tuition within seven (7) days of your initial enrollment if you determine that the Program is not a fit for you.
To be eligible:
• Your request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of enrollment.
• Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be considered.
If approved:
• A full refund of tuition paid will be issued, less any payment processing fees.
• Access to all Program materials, community spaces, and live sessions will be immediately revoked.
After the 7-day period, all sales are final and the standard Liberation Magic Conditional Guarantee will apply.
Refunds exclude payment processing fees.
Upon issuance of a refund, all program access will be immediately revoked.
No Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Bruja School in writing to attempt resolution.
Initiating a chargeback voids eligibility under the Liberation Magic guarantee.
MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for improper chargebacks.
5. LIFETIME ACCESS
Enrollment in Liberation Magic includes lifetime access to program modules for the operational lifetime of the Liberation Magic program.
“Lifetime” refers to the period during which the program is actively offered and maintained by MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School.
Bruja School does not guarantee perpetual hosting if the program is retired, discontinued, restructured, or moved to a new platform.
Access is personal and non-transferable.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by Bruja School — including but not limited to:
• The Liberation Magic methodology
• Videos, recordings, PDFs
• Ritual frameworks and exercises
• Community materials and teachings
is the sole intellectual property of MASU Consulting LLC (DBA Bruja School).
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license.
You may not:
• Reproduce, share, distribute, or sell Program content
• Share screenshots, recordings, or comments outside the Program container
• Teach or adapt Bruja School methodologies for your own commercial use
Violation may result in removal without refund and potential legal action.
7. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Bruja School is a sacred container.
We do not tolerate:
• Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or classism
• Bullying, harassment, or manipulation
• Selling or pitching within community spaces
• Sharing participant content without consent
Violation may result in removal without refund.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY & RECORDING CONSENT
We encourage confidentiality within our community, but we cannot guarantee other participants’ behavior.
You agree not to share other participants’ personal information outside the Program.
Live sessions may be recorded.
By participating, you consent to recording and grant MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School a perpetual, royalty-free license to use recordings, written comments, or testimonials for educational and promotional purposes unless you request anonymity in writing.
9. SMS OPT-OUT & SUPPORT
You can cancel SMS communications from MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School at any time. Text STOP to +1 510-380-5808 to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent to you. To re-subscribe, sign up again as you did the first time.

10. CARRIER LIABILITY
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11. MESSAGE FREQUENCY & RATES
Message frequency varies based on your activity with MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School. If you have a scheduled call or appointment, you may receive an SMS confirmation, reminders prior to your appointment, and follow-up messages after your call. Additional messages may be sent for program updates and marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
12. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES
Except for the conditional Liberation Magic guarantee described above, MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes related to health, finances, relationships, or life circumstances.
Transformation depends on individual engagement and action.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Program in question.
MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MASU Consulting LLC (DBA Bruja School) and Maritza Schafer from any claims arising from your participation.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School is not responsible for delays or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including illness, natural disasters, technology failures, or platform disruptions.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact MASU Consulting DBA Bruja School in writing at [email protected] and attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.
You waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class or representative actions.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
18. MODIFICATIONS
MASU Consulting LLC (DBA Bruja School) may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
